Every adgoal account can add multiple SmartSocial profiles. This is particularly useful if you want to track multiple channels (website, facebook, youtube etc.) and have separated reports. Another case is adding employees (editors, freelancers). Every employee can have his or her own SmartSocial profile. To achieve this, they have to be invited to SmartSocial. Add their email adress to the email-field in the config form. This email serves as their username, a password and installation-link will be sent to this email adress. This credentials will only work for SmartSocial and will NOT work for your adgoal account in general.
Please notice: Once you have entered a valid email adress, it cannot be changed. You will have to delete the whole profile and add a new one if you wish to change the email.
